   The Higher School of Information Systems Management (ISMA) (Latvian: Informācijas sistēmu menedžmenta augstskola) is a holding providing education from pre-school education at ISMA PREMJERS secondary school to doctoral studies at a university in Latvia. The holding structure also includes 2 branches - in the city of Daugavpils and international in the Republic of Uzbekistan in Fergana.

   Since 2009, ISMA has been holding the annual ISMA Gathers Talents festival, which is held with the support of the Riga City Council.

   This is an international scientific conference, and an olympiad for schoolchildren “ISMA - Intelligence”, and an international mathematical competition - the game “Kangaroo”, and a competition of creative teams.

   The aim of the Festival is to discover new names for the country, support creative youth, contributing to its cultural and intellectual development, give creative youth the opportunity to get together, exchange experiences, get acquainted with the culture of different nations, join the best examples of modern, classical and folk art, as well as instill interest in education and science.

   The competition is attended by creative teams of Latvian schools, ISMA students and graduates, as well as guests from other countries.

   Competitive works are evaluated by a competent jury - well-known public figures in Latvia, scientists, journalists, actors and musicians.

   Winners of the young talent competition receive budget places to study at ISMA and prizes from friends of the festival
