Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences (ViA) — a hub of applied education and innovation

Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences (ViA) is a state university located in Valmiera, Latvia, established in 1996. The university is focused on applied education, innovative approaches, and international cooperation.

ViA holds the status of a university of applied sciences, where the study process combines theoretical knowledge with real professional experience. The main goal of the university is to prepare internationally competitive specialists in the fields of digital technologies, tourism, business management, and communication. Admission to some programmes is available only in September.
