We are happy to announce that we are constantly offering you the chance to be our teammate in Premium Edu's volunteer or internship programs. We are organizers with over 20 years of experience of our events and those of our partners. Because we need young energy and have experience and career support to offer.

Success Test – Vocational Test

We live in a society where you have too many choices to make. From the color of toys and clothes when you start to have preferences as a child, to your friends at school, life is made of choices. Choices based on what you feel and want for yourself. Authentic choices are those dictated by your self, not those suggested by those around you, friends, family, people who influence you out of love.

In adolescence, the pressures of choices increase and become vital to your future. The parent's care is constantly expressed by the question - What are you doing with your life? Where do you take it? What do you want to do? – At school you are asked what you want to do. Society bombards you with pressure, school teaches you the syllabus and you, you man in training, don't know what you want to do. You know what you like, you like a lot, but you don't know what you can do with them.

Difficult choices made under pressure are not always the inspired ones. But it doesn't mean you can't change later. Nothing is irreparable, but to help you make the right choices for you, we provide you with the Vocational Test  or  Success Test

Description

Succes Test is an online test that lasts between 40-60 minutes, developed by professionals from the College of Psychologists in Romania. Following the test, 2 reports (approx. 65-70 pages each) of vocational interests, personality and skills are generated . The reports are interpreted by a Premium Edu advisor. Interpretation by phone or online is also possible and lasts between 60 and 120 minutes. It is recommended that one of the parents be present when interpreting the reports.

In addition to the narrative descriptions, compatibility with the occupations listed in the COR ( Classification of Occupations in Romania ) is obtained, so that the preference for specific positions in the current business environment is concreted. All jobs in the COR are presented in order of compatibility (the degree of satisfaction of the person doing that job), and the applicant has the opportunity to view those jobs and realize that there are some professions that he did not even think about.

The test is designed for those concerned about their future , who want to find out as early as possible which career would suit them. It is especially recommended for those over 13 years old, who are at a crossroads in choosing their academic future, be it high school, college or postgraduate studies .

Functional details

After the test, two reports are issued :

• one that shows what the child likes to do, according to the endowment received from nature
• the second report showing what he can do , according to the education he has received so far

If the second report changes from year to year because the test taker evolves, takes different courses , gains different experiences, the first report will remain the same no matter how many times he retakes the test.

Your interests are part of your motivation – your desire to do something – and choosing a career that is related to your interests is essential to a fulfilling life.

The interest assessment report is based on the vocational personality typology proposed by John Holland, the most widely used interest inventor in the world.

Choosing a vocation is an expression of personality and is reflected by the 6 personality types:

In addition, it provides you with suggestions on possible career directions , in accordance with your own characteristics, which can influence both performance and the ability to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to perform.

INTERNSHIP / VOLUNTEERING

According to the Volunteering Law, "Volunteering is the activity of public interest carried out on their own initiative by any natural person, for the benefit of others, without receiving a material consideration; public interest activity is the activity carried out in fields such as: assistance and social services, protection of human rights, medical-sanitary, cultural, artistic, educational, educational, scientific, humanitarian, religious, philanthropic, sporting, environmental protection, social and community and the like."

Volunteering

Any person over the age of 16 (15 with parental consent) can be a volunteer and thus make a contribution, however small, to the world around us. The important thing is that you want to become part of the change.

The volunteering period can be listed as experience in the CV, being additionally accompanied by the references of the beneficiaries or volunteering partners. The minimum experience required by employers can be gained through volunteering. Dynamic relationships with the people you interact with will form a network of knowledge and contacts that will prove useful in your career. And last but not least, you accumulate concrete, authentic experiences, both professionally and emotionally.

By becoming a Premium Edu volunteer, you will be able to gain experience in order to get a better job, make new friends, form useful skills, make the transition to a new life and learn about teamwork and responsibility.

Internship

Internship is perhaps the most popular form of program as well as a way for companies to recruit future employees. For you, the internship represents a learning opportunity, a way to gain practical experience in your field of interest.
This type of program takes place over a longer period, not on one-off projects, like volunteering. It can be a paid or unpaid internship – something that will be announced from the start. Sometimes, however, it depends on your negotiation and persuasive skills. It is important to remember that - just as in the case of a job - you must negotiate your entire benefits package, not just your salary and/or schedule. And if it's an unpaid internship program, consider what other ways it benefits you: the knowledge gained, the skills acquired, the company's resources, online or offline, to which you have access and which help you develop on a professional level, trainings, certifications, networking, access to events - all these can prove very useful for your career.
Related to the work schedule, an internship can be both part-time and full-time. The program is generally flexible – being the kind of student-focused program that employers encourage to complete their studies.
Employers prioritize the involvement of students and graduates in Internship programs, which they see as a stepping stone to their careers. These programs make up for the lack of a previous job and say that the candidate is determined, serious and – above all – interested in the field of work in question.

Even if the internship programs you follow will not result in full-time employment in the company, do not forget that this is the only way you will acquire the practical skills that employers are looking for with interest in job applicants.
Adding an internship or volunteer program to your CV will give you an extremely important advantage over other candidates for your first job. A well-chosen internship program will definitely make a difference!
