No.1 : Reasonable Price

The longer you attend our school, the cheaper the tuition. If you apply for 1 month (4 weeks), the tuition is $1,172 = $293 per week. This is already reasonable price in LA. But, if you apply for 48 weeks, the tuition is $9,648 = $201 per week. Please compare our rates with other schools.

We are located in great, popular areas of Los Angeles, Westwood and Hollywood. Students can easily access famous places such as Santa Monica and downtown LA.

No.3 : Variety of College Preparation Courses

We offer popular test preparation program such as TOEFL®, IELTS™. Many students transfer to UCLA, USC and Santa Monica College after completing our test preparation program.

No.4 : Flexible Class Schedule

MLI offers 3 different class schedules. Students can choose from morning, afternoon and evening classes.

No.5 : Dormitory

Our partner: U.S. Support Service Inc. arranges homestay programs and also dormitories. They provide more than 40 rooms at our dormitories located near each campus. Many students stay at a dormitory if it's their first time in the States.

All programs are held in English. Many students begin with general ESL program, then after becoming accustomed to English, they often study special fields, such as TOEFL®.

Accommodations

Students can choose either homestay or dormitory accommodations.

Dormitory

We provide 40 rooms at our dormitories. There will be a lot of opportunities to communicate with other international students. We recommend you stay in a dormitory if you are on a budget.

Room: Private (Individual), Shared (2 people) and Quad (4 people)
Meal: No meals (a fully furnished kitchen is available)
Privacy: There is more privacy than homestay. There are some dormitory rules.
Commute: about 20 minutes by foot or bus.

Homestay

Students who choose to live with a homestay family are looking for a safe, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere in which they can practice their English skills. It's also an opportunity to learn about American customs, traditions, and family values.

Room: Private (Individual)
Meal: 2 meals a day (Breakfast and Dinner)
Privacy: There are some house rules depending on the host family.
Commute: 30- 45 minutes by bus
