North Data was founded in 2011 as Biz-Q UG by entrepreneur and mathematician Frank Felix Debatin. In summer 2016, Karweg Ventures and Kölmel Management Group invested in the company. It was renamed North Data GmbH and entered into a strategic partnership with Echobot Media Technologies GmbH. The company is based in Hamburg, Germany.

In order for you to know exactly which information is available for specific countries, how often that information is updated and how we put together our key figures, we made available the following tables with everything you might want to know.

Since different countries have different sources of information, the features that we provide for each country also varies.

Some features are only available for our  Premium Service users. Raw data is available through our Data Services.
