It all started in 1986 in Salamanca, Spain.don Quijote was established in 1986 as a language travel agency representing Spanish language schools. The company's single-minded dedication to service and quality fueled its rapid growth and we quickly earned a reputation for innovation, personalized service, and excellence. In 1989, responding to the growing demand for high-quality Spanish language courses, we began welcoming students to the first don Quijote school, in Salamanca. Since our founding, we have grown to seven company-owned locations in Spain and Latin America and a network of more than 30 partner schools, largely through the recommendation of satisfied students. At don Quijote, our watchwords are Quality, Innovation, and Partnership. We offer five different accommodation options for you to integrate with the local culture. Whether you choose to stay with a host family, in one of our student residences, a shared student apartment, or hotel, we know that comfort and quality are an essential part of your study trip. Whether you are getting ready for a weekend excursion with some friends or bonding over dinner with your host family, you will continue living the Spanish experience outside the classroom. Choose the option which best fits your needs and makes you feel at home away from home.

Of course it is! don Quijote is proud to be a center that has one of the highest percentages of students subsidized by the CSN. Applying for grants and loans is easy: you can call the CSN and ask them to send to you the necessary forms. Their number is: 0771-276 000. One of these forms (5509W) is a reservation confirmation that we will send you as soon as we confirm your registration (with a deposit of just 250 Euros). 

The CSN usually takes about 3 weeks to process the application from the time they receive it. That’s why you should register at least five weeks before the starting date of your course. This way you can have the money in your account two weeks before classes begin (which is when you must have the rest of the course fee paid).

At don Quijote our language levels follow the European Framework of Reference for Languages. We guarantee continuity within all levels so that you can have a seamless learning experience with no interruptions.Every level is offered in all schools on a weekly basis which allows you for full flexibility to combine destinations.
