The Londonist DMC is an award-winning student accommodation agency located in central London. The company started in 2013 with 30 rooms and has had an impressive growth over the last 7 years, counting today around one thousand rooms over 50 different locations across London in zones
1,2 and 3 and 1 residence in the heart of Dublin.

We are specialized in finding the ideal “home away from home” for each student, tailor-made to their individual needs. We can guarantee this by offering a wide selection of premium student studios, en-suite rooms and apartment rooms with flexible booking dates ranging from 2 to 51 weeks. 

The Londonist residences offer a variety of amazing facilities within the premises, such as gyms, cinemas, computer labs, social and study spaces. All bills are inclusive and the residents have a 24/7 security and maintenance team on site. We also provide additional services to help our students such as airport transfers, insurance, kitchen equipment, bathroom equipment and more.

The Londonist Team is here to assist you 24hrs a day with questions and queries you may have or even if you would just like a chit chat.

Your safety is our top concern here at Londonist. You must feel safe and secure in your home. We strongly encourage you to protect yourselves and others in the residences, by wearing a face mask when moving around the building and to wash your hands for 20 seconds and sanitise your hands regularly.

Communal spaces

The communal areas in a majority of our residences are closed. This includes gyms, game rooms, art studios, study spaces and lounge areas.

For residences with outside facilities, you will be able to access these.

Increased cleaning throughout the building, focusing on frequently touched parts such as doors, lifts and corridors has been adhered to.

Flexible booking

We offer flexible booking dates that range from short stays of 2 weeks up to 51 weeks in which we also have favourable instalments options to match the flexibility stay length of your booking.
