QUEST INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY PERAK (QIUP) (DU021(A)) is a private and comprehensive research-led university established under the Higher Educational Institutions Act 555 and owned by Global Integrated Training Associates Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Blair Education Services Sdn Bhd) in the State of Perak, Malaysia in which the State Government of Perak has equity participation along with the QI Group. At QIUP, theybelieve that planting the seeds of curiosity in students from the beginning will inspire them to make ‘knowledge-seeking’ their quest in life.

As a private comprehensive university, students are their top priority. To engage the students and instill in them the hunger of knowledge, theybelieve in blending theory and practice in education. Theyensure that their programmes are industry-relevant using motivational teaching methods which are highly effective. QIUP graduates will emerge from the University as florets leaving the plant, ready for the job market and will continue their quest to seek and learn.

The growing demand of students to study in QIUP has spurred the QI Group initiative to set up the new QIUP permanent campus in the great landscape of an ecological environment springing up in Bandar Meru Raya, in Ipoh. This concept of the latest QI City Project, spread across 26 acres, is a mixed residential and commercial edu-city development and the first of its kind fully integrated education hub in the country. Nestled in a township fast becoming known as “The New Heartbeat of Ipoh”, the QI City development is set to be a catalyst that will boost the state’s appeal as an investment destination of choice.

QIUP’s new campus is expected to materialize by 2019 with a capacity to cater for an estimated 10,000 student population at the university.
