At Embassy Summer we deliver rewarding English language programmes for young learners, providing a truly life-changing experience for students from all over the world. We are a trusted and globally accredited provider with a 40+ year track record.

Learning English is only part of the journey. Our language programmes are available from 1 week to 8 weeks during the summer and include exciting activities based around our unique Embassy Life Skills. Our summer camps also introduce international students to local social life and culture through a variety of exciting excursions.

Embassy Summer courses are designed to ensure that young students make the most of their summer. This is in terms of learning English, their personal development and meeting new international friends. We offer English language classes for all levels of learners, from beginner to advanced, and great quality accommodation in both college and boarding school residences, as well as homestay options with local families.

Our social programme is built to support the development of essential Life Skills and give students the chance to explore local places of interest and some of the most iconic and historic sights on offer!

Student Care

Our Training and Quality Manager makes sure that all staff are well-trained and operate at the highest standard.

We have a Welfare Officer in each centre that is responsible for ensuring our students' happiness and that they are well cared for throughout their stay.

We also have a guardian system in place for our individual students in our centres. Junior students are supervised by staff at all times in residential programmes.

Depending on age, free time of up to 1 hour is given to junior students for shopping and similar activities.

The on-site staff are trained first aiders.

Arrivals & Departures

All students and groups who request an airport transfer are greeted at the airport by Embassy staff and taken to the relevant centre. When it's time to leave, the same procedure will follow.

All students under 18 years who travel individually, to or from a centre, must be accompanied by an adult. If the student has booked an airport transfer through Embassy, a suitably checked driver will pick them up.

Embassy will provide information and directions on how to reach the centre for individual students aged 18 years or over, or for those who are travelling with a parent or guardian.

Depending on the time of day, students are provided with a hot meal or packed lunch when they arrive at their accommodation.

Insurance

It is essential that all students travelling abroad must have adequate insurance in case of a medical, or other, emergency.  

Embassy Summer offers a comprehensive insurance policy called guard.me which is specifically designed to meet the needs of international students. 

Accommodation

This depends on the centre and time of dayof their arrival. There is no standardised check-in time at Embassy Summer. Please note that the centre teams are conscious of the fact that students will have had a long journey and will endeavour to show them to their rooms as soon as possible. The team will store any luggage and make the students as comfortable as possible if bedrooms are still being prepared upon their arrival.
