Belarusian State Academy of Communications (belor. Беларуская дзяржаўная акадэмія сувязі) is a higher educational institution of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus. It was founded on May 11, 1993 with the help of the association of the Minsk branch of the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute of Communications named after prof. M. A. Bonch-Bruevich, the Minsk and Vitebsk Electrotechnical Schools of Communications and the Republican Center for Training, Retraining and Advanced Training of Employees of the Communications Industry.
According to the order of the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Belarus, on October 7, 2015, the educational institution became known as the Belarusian State Academy of Communications.
The Belarusian State Academy of Communications carries out scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activities in priority areas of fundamental and applied scientific research and development in accordance with the educational profiles in which specialists are trained.
