The Royal Agricultural University

The Royal Agricultural University (RAU) has been at the forefront of agricultural education and a key contributor to the land-based sector for 175 years. Today, the RAU has more than 1,100 students studying agriculture, animal science, business, environment, equine science, farm management, food, real estate and rural land management. The University, which is based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, prides itself on its links with industry and all courses are designed to meet the demands of the employment market for land-based expertise, both in the UK and worldwide.

Accommodation

Whether you choose to live on campus surrounded by the rolling hills of the Cotswolds or off campus in the heart of the town, the RAU is a place you can call home. With a population of around 1,100 students, we are more like a community than a campus. All bedrooms on campus are fully decorated and furnished to include a single bed, desk, chair, bedside table, wardrobe with some coat hangers, wall mirror, notice board, lamp, kettle, duvets, sheets, pillows and covers, curtains, Wi-Fi connection for PC/laptop.
