We speak Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese, Turkish, Japanese, Italian, Russian, Cantonese, French, Korean, Arabic and, of course, English.

This is an ESL program designed for students who need to improve their English for their own interest, for their career development, or before entering a University or College. It is broken out into 12 different levels each of which includes 100 hours of classroom instruction.After going through this course of study, the student will understand English phonology, syllabic and sentence stress, grammar topics including all verb tenses, conditionals, modals, gerunds, infinitives, prepositions, questions, and various others.The student will be able to read and understand texts of many different sources, including short ESL-themed sentence groups and paragraphs, short newspaper articles, magazine articles, essays, and short stories. The student will also be able to write their own texts of varying lengths, ranging from writing simple topics and opinion pieces to understanding proper academic-style essays.

Diploma Programs

All of our diploma programs in Canada integrate a period of co-operative (co-op) work experience equal to the term of academic studies. The co-op is an essential part of these programs, and participating students are paid an industry-standard competitive wage. The co-op work term will be evaluated by the student, their host employer, and a CICCC instructor.

West Hastings Campus

Our West Hastings Campus is a short 2-minute walk from Waterfront Station, which gives students easy access to public transportation by SkyTrain, bus or SeaBus connection to North Vancouver.

The campus is also a 5-minute walk from the popular Granville Street, which is home to restaurants, bars and great shopping.
The historic Gastown neighborhood is a 5-minute walk from the campus. It is popular with tourists and locals for its interesting cafes, boutiques and the famous Steam Clock.

Our students can walk to the harbour, where they can find incredible mountain and ocean views.

Cornerstone Tech Campus

Our modern tech-campus is located on Granville and Robson. It is the centre of Downtown Vancouver. It is a 10-minute walk from the West Hastings Campus.

The tech-campus is just steps away from cafes, bars, shopping, Vancouver Art Gallery and all major public transport routes. Students will be able to soak up the unique atmosphere of Vancouver City Centre.

It is a 2-minute walk to Vancouver City Centre SkyTrain Station and there are many bus stops right outside the school.
