Student Accomodation
If you are a secondary school student, you must live in a homestay with an Australian family or in the school’s boarding facilities.
If you are aged 18 years or older, you can choose to live on-campus, in a homestay or in a shared rental house/apartment with other students or friends.
You may even choose to stay at one of Perth's newest dedicated student accommodation providers: Campus Perth, The Boulevard (managed by The Student Housing Company) or The Switch.
Homestay and Boarding Schools
Eligibility of these scholarships does vary, but can be awarded to students who are studying specific degrees, accept their offers early, or have excellent academic records.
New international student incentives now available!
The WA Government recognises the cost involved in being an international student and is offering financial assistance through a number of unique new student incentives and scholarships.
These are designed to support international students as they set up home here in Western Australia.

Australian Government Scholarships
Australia’s education system provides opportunities for international students with exceptional academic results to earn an Australian Government Scholarship. The scholarships are managed by the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) and the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations, and include the following educational programs:
