Our headquarter’s office is located in Orlando, FL and we have a wonderful team of local coordinators throughout the country who provide support to our international students, host families and schools.

We have several options of schools and locations, so students can customize their program based on their personal preferences and goals. All of our high school students are guaranteed a private bedroom at no additional cost.

Our main goal is to ensure that all of our students receive a high-quality education and experience the American culture in a safe and loving environment throughout their program of choice in the United States.

We are a CSIET listing member (Council on Standards for International Educational Travel). CSIET establishes standards for operating international education programs, monitoring compliance, and disseminating information regarding international educational travel organizations.

We are also accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for the quality of the services we provide to our international students, agents and host families. Our company is based on strong values, positive experiences, and the highest professional standards in the industry.

Host families are a very important part of an international student’s experience in the USA.

They are the ones who make this experience possible by giving international students the opportunity to learn more about a new culture and develop language and leadership skills that will serve them throughout their lives.

Being a Host Family is not about just providing students with a room and board, but to welcome them as a new member of your family.

ExchangeMate USA Host Families are expected to include their students in their daily activities, build memories together and help them adjust to life in America.

Most international students are eager to have a true American experience, learn more about the American culture and what is like to live in the USA.

Having a loving and supportive Host Family is the key to a successful American experience.

ExchangeMate USA International Coordinators will be there for you and your student in every step of the way. 

You will have a great support system to help you with anything you need. 

All Host Families receive their coordinator’s phone number, a 24 hour emergency number and a monthly stipend to help cover the costs associated with having another person in the home.

ExchangeMate International Education Private Day School Programs offer students the opportunity to attend a semester, year, or even multiple years of high school in an American school with the F-1 visa.

Some private schools even accept middle school students, as they have combined level campuses (K-12).

Private day schools offer a higher level of academics, smaller class sizes, and personalized attention. This is a great option for students who intend to apply for college after they graduate from high school.
