Near East University

Near East University is a higher education institution with an international identity, established in Nicosia in 1988 with the approval of the Council of Ministers in accordance with the National Education Law No. 17/1986 of the TRNC Ministry of National Education. Near East University is a member of the European Universities Association (EUA), the World Universities Association (IAU) under UNESCO, the Federation of Universities of the Islamic World (FUIW), the International Engineering Education Society (IGIP), the International Reputable Medical Accreditation System (JCI) and It is a full member of 118 national and international organizations.

Near East University, which is structured in a contemporary campus area, includes all its faculties, colleges, institutes, hospital laboratories, workshops, computer centers, cultural centers, library, dormitories, Olympic indoor swimming pool and other social and sports facilities, Near East Nursery, Near East Preschool, Near East Primary School and Near East College form a whole.
